This is a very special opportunity for California students and parents to experience firsthand this amazing technology of the future and meet the college students who designed, built and raced STELLA to twice-win the World Solar Car Challenge. Event highlights include:
- STELLA will be the official pace car for the Lucky Dog Racing endurance race
- Students get a close-up look at the STELLA and this futuristic technology
- Mini solar-powered STELAs will be available for students to race on a track located in the Paddock of Laguna Seca
- The Honorable Henk Kamp, Minister of Economic Affairs, Government of The Netherlands will be here to announce a Global STEM-Education Partnership with Fused Learning to connect young students from The Netherlands and California.
Adults must accompany students. All are welcome, bring friends and family!
